I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, already prepared, and had a beautiful water view of Darling Harbour, equipped with all amenities and an extremely comfortable bed, making it perfect for a single guy. The service was top-notch, with lovely staff who were efficient and friendly, albeit slightly abrupt initially, but the manager came to the rescue by adjusting our stay cost and offering a late checkout. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of various attractions and eateries, though I did notice some litter around the area. The dining options were limited, but the order-in service was convenient. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
